Accessibility help for the public website. The detailed policy lives in the accessibility section of the privacy ledger.
Where you are stuckWhat you can ask forWhat helps us respond
A page or control is not usable

Tell us which page you were using and what you wanted to do. A menu that will not open with a keyboard, a label that is not announced or text that becomes unreadable when enlarged are all useful reports. You do not have to diagnose the fault.

We can discuss the information you need while the reported barrier is considered. Asking about bookkeeping should not depend on getting a particular button to work.

Include the page address and the point where you got stuck. Your browser or assistive technology can help us reproduce the issue, but those details are optional. Do not send a medical history or proof of disability.

Bookkeeping information needs a different format

Ask for the relevant service information in plain text, or ask to discuss it by phone. Name the part you need, such as a monthly price basis or the account details used to scope a job. For QuickBooks bookkeeping, say whether the difficulty is reading the service page or using a separate software screen.

Tell us which format works for you. We will discuss a practical alternative rather than assume that a larger document or a telephone call solves the problem.

A short description of the information and your preferred reply method is enough to start. Please do not attach bank statements to an accessibility report. The public email route is not a place to send bank login details.

The inquiry form prevents you from continuing

Use the email address or phone number on this page. Explain your bookkeeping question in ordinary words; a calculator result is not required. If a form reports an error, you can include the error wording without copying the personal information entered in the fields.

The inquiry form asks for a name and permission to contact you. It also needs either a phone number or an email address, not both. A problem completing those fields is a reason to use the direct route, not to keep resubmitting the same form.

Say whether the problem happened before submission or after it. Avoid sending the same inquiry repeatedly if the status is unclear. Ask us to check receipt through your chosen contact method.

Motion or a horizontal shelf gets in the way

The site is designed to respect reduced-motion preferences. The evidence shelf has a native scrolling route as well as visible previous and next controls; dragging is not meant to be the only way through it. If those alternatives fail on your device, tell us which control failed.

You can go directly to the small-business bookkeeping page or the QuickBooks bookkeeping page to read the offers without handling the shelf.

Let us know whether reduced motion is enabled on your device and whether the issue occurs with touch or a keyboard. We do not treat animation as necessary to understand a service or its price basis.

A separate client tool creates a barrier

QuickBooks Online and client document tools have their own interfaces. Describe the task that is blocked, such as sending a receipt or reading a statement. We can discuss another route for the task without claiming control over every screen supplied by another provider.

Do not bypass access controls or share a password to solve a usability problem. Where a document transfer is needed, ask us to agree the appropriate method first.

Name the tool and the task, but leave private account contents out of an initial report. This statement concerns the public Qulck Boaks website; it is not a certification of a software provider's accessibility.

An accessibility report needs the obstacle, not your personal history.

A useful message can be as short as “I cannot reach the submit button with my keyboard on the contact page. Please reply by email.” Add more only if it helps explain what happened. Screenshots are optional. Remove client names, account balances and other private details before sending one.

We use the contact details you provide to discuss the barrier and the information you need. If you are reporting on someone else's behalf, describe the issue without including their personal records. Questions about access to stored personal information belong on the data-request route, which does not require you to explain an accessibility need.

We do not state a conformance level or claim that every browser and assistive technology combination works without exception. A design feature is not proof of a completed accessibility audit. Report a failure even if the page describes an alternative that should have worked.

Privacy choices do not have to stand between you and the information.

The cookie choices are separate from permission to reply to an inquiry. You can decline advertising storage and still read about bookkeeping or contact us. Use Privacy controls in the footer to reopen your choices. If a consent control is inaccessible, report that control through the same email or phone route.

The site receives advertising traffic from Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads may also bring visitors. The click identifiers are gclid, msclkid and fbclid, respectively. The cookie statement explains these identifiers and storage choices; the Microsoft privacy statement describes Microsoft's handling of data.

Consent Mode v2 holds ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied until you allow storage, and sets them back to denied when you decline. Changing a storage choice is not the same as asking for deletion of information already supplied. The canonical data-request section explains that separate route.

Send the problem in the format that works for you. Write to office@qulck-boaks.click or call +1 (872) 545-8322. If email itself is difficult, the telephone route remains available. We will discuss a practical way to handle the information you need.
